Black Youth Success partnered with Sheridan College to give Black youth in Grades 7–9 and 10–12 a chance to explore the trades through practical, interactive learning. Over four weeks, participants were introduced to programmable logic controllers (PLC), electrical, and plumbing, gaining hands-on experience while discovering where their interests could lead.
